"There are areas to improve on, and that's why we're going back."It was never going to be easy. But we will all have learned from our experience, on and off the pitch," added Bairstow.
An immense talent, the 22-year-old rose to fame with a smashing knock of 41 off 22 balls on his debut and consequently has been making the right strides in cementing a permanent place in the side.
In a year where he also picked up the Young Cricketer of the Year award, his technique was exploited by Indian spinners and the EPP will provide him the chance to impress Strauss, with the player totally looking forward to that challenge.
