you poor english, you buy into the whole hype.  England Have defended well, played average rugby, France destroyed England but never ever took there chances.  kicked the ball away and made some very poor decisions.  England were lucky but then again they were lucky 4 years ago.  You need luck but world beaters, not in a million years.   you have to bow down to the southern hemespheres, they are the best rugby nations in the world.

A kicking machine after hours of practise.  Why do so many people have to pull down our few world class performers.   You cannot deny the courage when tackling someone 4 or 5 stone heavier than yourself.  Note the tackle on the French captain number 4,  in the semi  Two minutes later he was walking off the field.  We don't have the best team the three quarters they are weak in attack.  But the days of spectacular tries by three quarter moves from set pieces are fewer and fewer.  England will continue to keep it tight play to the forward strength and give Wilkinson the chance to kick.  If England do win it will be one of the greatest sporting achievements in English history.
