Joomla Help Desperately Needed!

Question

OK, I'm running Windows SP3. I'm running Joomla thanks to JSAS (Joomla Stand Alone Server). Under localhost it works fine, and when I was running SP2 my domain name worked fine ( dannys95.gotdns.com ). But now, only localhost works. If I try the domain name, it says:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

What can I do? I think it might be Apache config files but I have no idea what to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You can check joomla website like http://joomlaaddons.org/ .

its apache check your Vhost config in the config files
