Jordan 1s for skating?

just wondering if i can skateboard in these cause i just got a pair as a gift

has anyone tried this before?

if u want to use them go like run or like play basket ball or pe

lol. yeah you could but then why not just sell them on ebay and buy 3 pairs of Skating shoes w/ the $.

I personally do not like Hightops for skating, I use my ankles for kickflips and other tricks.

you should skateboard in Vans or Converse

jodans are more for basketball but if ur not doing anything serious,like if ur just riding around not really sliding ur foot then they should hold up but if ur riding seriously then they wouldnt last that well. if u like those basketball shoes and you dont want to try skate shoes then i would suggest you use nike 6.0's or nike SB's because they have a thicker layer soo they will hold up alot longer then the jordans would

yeah u can but you shouldnt jordan ones are very expensive and shouldnt be used for skating.
