The 21-year-old joined Liverpool from Sunderland in a multi-million pound deal in the recently concluded 2011/12 summer transfer window. The England Under-21 skipper has had a decent start at Liverpool, having made eight appearances for the Reds since the
start of the season.
The English midfielder told the reporters, "I think I have settled in OK. I am enjoying my time there and the lads have been brilliant, as well as the fans.”
