Jordan Henderson wants to play for England again

Liverpool’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jordan-Henderson-c19102 has admitted that he is eager to try and make his way back into the England squad once again.
Henderson went on to make his first appearance for the England squad back in November 2010, when he was included in the senior team that took on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899. However, since then, the midfielder is yet to represent the national team.
The midfielder is more than likely to be named captain of the under – 21 side, as they take on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850, but the midfielder has admitted that he would much rather play for the senior team.
Henderson has not had the best of seasons at Anfield, but believes that he is looking to improve in the future and hopes that he can someday be back in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 squad.
The Reds midfielder is however set to focus on the upcoming game for the under – 21’s, but has admitted that he really wants to play for the senior team in the near future.
When talking about his season so far and the prospect of representing the senior team once again, the young midfielder is quoted to have said: “I don’t really worry what other people think, they’re entitled to their opinion. I’m focused on what I want to
achieve"

“I want to get back in the senior squad as soon as I can, but for now I make sure I play well for the Under-21s and for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 every week.”

“Of course there’s a lot of room for improvement, but I am working on it every day in training and I am focused on what I need to do. I know what I need to do and I am going to do everything I can to get where I want to be.”
He then went on to add: “Obviously everyone wants to play in the senior team, but this is a big game for the 21s, I’m captain and I’m looking forward to it.”
Should Henderson manage to improve his performances in the coming months, the Liverpool player could make his way back into the England squad, given the number of midfielders who are set to retire from the team in the near future.
