Jorge Lorenzo renews his contract with the Yamaha racing team
The Spaniard veteran rider Jorge Lorenzo has signed a two-year contract with the Yamaha team. It is reported that the 23-year-old Spanish top rider of Yamaha team has extended his contract with his Yamaha team and has displayed his loyalty and dedication
with his job.
Lorenzo joined the team in 2008 and will remain with the Japanese based team uptill 2012. It is also to be notified that Lorenzo is currently on the verge of snatching the season's MotoGP title. The recent accident of Lorenzo's arch rival Dani Pedrosa has
opened a window of opportunity for the 23-year-old to grab the MotoGP title of the year. The title is no doubt going to be a very special one for him, as it will be his first one.
Lorenzo considers his relation with his Yamaha Racing team a special one, and is keen to race for the team for a longer time. When he was asked about his recent contract with the team, the veteran rider expressed that the Yamaha racing team has always been
his first choice as he has been racing for the team Yamaha since 2008, and he is very satisfied with his decision. He added that he is very happy with his decision of extending his contract with his team and is looking forward to grab the best results. Lorenzo
is currently leading the standings table with fifty six points.
The current racing season has definitely brought a series of good experiences for the Spanish ace rider, firstly as he has successfully satisfied his Yamaha team with his racing capabilities, and secondly he is successfully going to carry the MotoGP title
of the year. While talking about the fact Lorenzo expressed his thoughts very excitedly and told the media that he is very happy with the way everything is going and he is looking forward to keep his winning form. Later the twenty three year old added that
his recent performance has given him a very strong boost and he is already very focused for the next season.
It is also reported that Jorge Lorenzo can also grab his first class crown for displaying brilliance in the upcoming race in Japan and then in Malaysia next month. There are now only five races left for the season and without Dani Pedrosa the victory seems
a bit too easy for the 23-year-old Spaniard. Lorenzo will be joined by the talented American rider Ben Spies in the Yamaha team from the next season. Ben Spies is replacing the legendary Valentino Rossi in the Yamaha team after his move to the Ducati team.
While answering a question about the next season of MotoGP, the Spaniard expressed his thoughts and ambitions by saying that he is looking forward for a strong start. He later added that all of his focus is to deliver the best for his team. When Lorenzo
was asked about Ben Spies he said, Ben is a good addition to the team, and he is very confident that they will both produce best results for the team working as team mates.
