performances on the field keep on improving.
Anigo said that apart from two hefty home defeats at the hands of Olympique Lyonnais and Lorient, the team has done reasonably well and the club is well placed to compete for a podium finish. And, Anigo has hinted that there will be some activity in January.
“Apart from the two slaps against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Olympique-Lyonnais-c40130 and Lorient, we scored our points. We are here, we are well placed, and close enough with the head group. There is a market that arrives in January, Gaps, we will try to bridge.”
Anigo says that the club is already working on what to do make sure that the club makes a good start to the second half of the campaign even though the current group is more complete and balanced unlike last season.
Valenciennes midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Foued-Kadir-c13896 has been hotly linked with a move to Stade Velodrome in recent weeks with the Rhone club having already tried its luck on the Algerian international during the summer transfer window.
And, Anigo says that there exists a possibility of the 29-year-old’s arrival at the club either in January or in June 2013.
“This is a player who will be able to engage with where he wants to from January to June. He is a player who we have followed for some time. He could have arrived this summer. There is a possibility for January or June. We’ll see,” concluded the sporting
director thus confirming that the club’s recruitment cell is in for the long haul after Christmas break.
