The Portuguese club Sport Lisboa e Benfica just signed the young Argentinean left winger from his local Argentinean club, Racing club.
The 23-year-old winger normally plays the position on the left; he started his professional football career with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Racing-Club-c40301’s youth academy and made it into their first team squad in 2008.
He has played for them ever since. In the last two years he made thirty nine appearances for the club and in the process he scored three goals.
Jose Luis Fernandez was also made a part of the Argentinean national team under the leadership of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Haiti-c2917 . The player came in as a substitution in the sixtieth
minute of the match but failed to make much of an impact in the game.
The news has recently been made official that the club has made a transfer regarding the player and it has been uncovered that the young Argentinean has signed a four and a half year contract with the Portuguese but the transfer fee is still undisclosed.
The Argentinean is feeling right at home in the squad as he is joining fellow Argentineans like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Eduardo-Salvio-c12079, Nicalos Gaitan and many others that are already a part of the squad.
The youngster commented on the matter by saying that "I came here to be a champion and I hope I can help the team to achieve that."
He added to the matter by saying "I want to be integrated as soon as I can so that I can be useful to the coach. The fact that there are many South Americans in the squad will definitely help me to adapt."
