Jose Mourinho Looking To Swap Kaka for Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole
Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is looking to importFrank Lampard and Ashley Cole to Real Madrid and could offer Kaka in exchange for the England stars.
Jose Mourinho, the 47-year-old manager of Real Madrid has met success in all his previous adventures with clubs such as Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan by winning six domestic titles and two Champions League trophies. While he was at Chelsea, he found two great players in the form of Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole. He made both these guys look great by developing impressive strategies for the duo.
Frank Lampard is an English footballer who plays an attacking midfield position for Chelsea and at the international level for the England national team. He has been playing for Chelsea for quite a long time now. The midfielder is one of the most dependable players in the Chelsea side. His ability to move forwarded when needed and to hit the free kicks with accuracy makes him an asset for the club.
When Jose Mourinho was coaching at Chelsea, Frank Lampard was on the players that Jose really liked. Mourinho always put Frank Lampard in the first playing eleven and you could hardly see Frank being replaced by any other midfielder in the entire 90 minutes of play. Even after Jose left the club, Lampard is still considered to be one of the best players that Chelsea have till date.
Ashley Cole is another English footballer who plays for Chelsea and the English national team. He plays as a left-back and has been named as one of the best in the world. With the players like Frank Lampard, Drogba and Michael Ballack in the team, Chelsea's attack looks impressive on one end. But on the other, Asheley Cole impregnable defence in team makes Chelsea's defence into a solid and compact walll. Other than his professional career, Ashley Cole is facing some personal problems with his wife Cheryl who has filed a case for divorce. This could have a bad effect on his game. Jose had been coaching these players in past and they happened to be match winning players for him. Now, as Jose Mourinho will be going to manage Real Madrid, he wants this pair to be with him.
On the other hand, the news is that Jose Mourinho is ready to swap Kaka for this pair. He became the first player to join Real Madrid since Florentino Pérez returned to the presidency earlier this month. Kaka is an attacking midfielder and a striker but Jose is willing to let him go and get his old team mates back in the team. Kaka left Milan for €65m on a six-year deal to join Real Madrid.
In addition, Kaka said he talked with his former Milan team-mate David Beckham about the transfer, and the England midfielder, who played for Real, said it would be the best step for his career. "I hope to be part of this new project and help to win titles, both European and Spanish," Kaka said.
“Kaka is one of the players that every team would like to have and Madrid had the chance to get him," Pérez said. This shows the dedication of Kaka towards his team and his vital role that could be seen on the field.
Other than Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole, Mourinho is also looking to take Inter Milan’s right-back Maicon with him to Real Madrid, as he has already been in discussions to negotiate the terms and conditions to buy the Brazilian defender.
Jose Mourinho even tried to capture mid-fielder Lampard to Inter Milan two years back, but the Series A champion’s offer was not enough to lure him at that time.
Jose Mourinho is the person behind the scene, making the players look good on the field. When Mourinho was asked if he was satisfied to join Real Madrid, he responded “Yes.” He went on to say: “I want another challenge in my career. I want to become the only coach to win the Champions League with three different clubs. And I think for every coach, if you don't coach Real Madrid you have always a little space in your career. So if I decide to come to Real Madrid, I'll be a very proud man.”
His statement clearly depicts how determined he is about the victory and success for his new club. All eyes are set on Jose Mourinho whether the deal to Swap Kaka for Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole would help them win the Champions League or not.
