The Portuguese manager, who is widely heralded as the best tactician in world football at the moment, could not explain the success he has achieved in the four different countries he has worked in.

For the third successive season, Mourinho is currently with the first team in Los Angeles, training his charges at the hospitable University of California.
In a lecture at UCLA, the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186 manager was quizzed about the success he has enjoyed in the different countries he has worked at. Mourinho started with a jest about being his wife’s subservient at home, claiming that he
is not the boss at home and neither at the club.
On a serious note, the 49-year-old head coach shared that he finds it hard to explain the reasons behind the immense success he has enjoyed in world football, acknowledging that he gets pestered with the question in a lot of interviews.
While refusing to point to a single source, Mourinho claimed that is has been a collection of unity, passion, work methods and quality that has allowed him to reap success.
“I’m not even the boss at home - that’s my wife - so how am I supposed to run my club?" he said.
"When everyone grows in the same direction and I can see they are doing so, I'm very happy and everything is much easier.”
“It is hard to explain the reason for our success; I have been asked it many times throughout my life, especially by the press.”
