The highly experienced manager stated that the Spanish League can boast of for best football being played, while adding that Barcelona and Real Madrid’s rivalry is one that is unmatched.

Jose Mourinho is an extremely well qualified manager. Coaching top class teams such as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan, Porto, and Real Madrid, club owners have paid handsomely to see the Special One leading their teams.
However, the coach feels that out of all the leagues he has participated in, the league with the best, and most competitive football is in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011. The Portuguese manager states that no other European clubs would be able to participate in the Iberian Peninsula,
and reach the top two positions in the presence of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
“We are talking about Barcelona and Real Madrid,” says the manager, “Pick any other team in the world, and they would not finish in the top two in La Liga.”
He states that it was the challenge in question that caused him to become Real Madrid’s manager. With Barcelona being an extremely difficult club to beat, the football maestro shared that he joined Los Blancos in order to achieve the feat.
“And that’s exactly why I joined Real Madrid. Because it’s not easy to challenge Barcelona. It’s very hard to be successful in this competition.”
He also remarked that the rivalry between the two teams is a blessing for football, and that he’s sure that due to their rivalry other great football tournament finals don’t get as many full seats as the Spanish Supercopa.
Continuing on the topic, Mourinho remarked that Barcelona are no longer going to be able to win consecutive Spanish League titles, however, he refused to state that Barcelona’s cycle of greatness has to an end yet, and that they are still a great team.
“Barcelona’s era of winning consecutive Liga titles is over, but their cycle has not come to an end yet. They are still a great team and so are Madrid,” said the Los Blancos manager.
Moreover, Mourinho opined that because Barcelona set the bar so high up, Los Blancos should thank them for their reputation and achievements of the previous year.
“Barca are the main reason why Madrid got to where we are now,” the 49-year-old manager concluded.
