Jose Mourinho happy with Real Madrid’s emphatic win over Lyon – La Liga Champions
Real Madrid strolled to a comfortable victory against French nemesis, Olympique Lyon on Tuesday night at Santiago Bernabéu. The Spanish giants overwhelmed their opponents in all departments to inch closer to Champions League knockout stage berth.
The attacking dominance of the hosts was visible throughout the match. As a result, Olympique was left to rely on counter-attacks to get anything out of the game.
Los Blancos coach praised his charges for their efforts after they dispensed off the challenge of Lyon in an empathic fashion. Their powerful display of attacking display was duly justified by the 4-0 score line.
