Mourinho has already gone on to manage Chelsea in the past, but following some results which the owner though to be unacceptable, the manager was asked to leave the club.
This time around, the manager is returning to the team, with them having won the European trophy which he was unable to win them.
However, with him now being far more mature than before, he hopes to help the team become even more successful than they already are. He plans on doing this by helping the club evolve and by sticking around for quite some time.
“I am the same, physically the same, but every day you have to think about yourself, especially the manager, and about the evolution,” he said in a recent interview. “I have the same nature but I'm much more mature with a different approach to things, I'm
more ready to be in a club and stay for a long time.”

He said, “When you look at the profile of the Chelsea squad I think it's what they need at this time. I'm very confident I can help the team and help the boys to develop.”
The manager’s second coming is something that not many people would have predicted at the start of the previous season. However, a timely fallout at Real Madrid gave the manager the opportunity to return to the club that loves him unlike any other. And this
