The resulting answer shocked the gathered audience who anticipated the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 manager coming to Bavaria for a shot at the domestic league.
Mourinho stated that despite his fondness for Bundesliga, he does not see himself leading a German outfit in the domestic competition.
The Portuguese tactician stated that his decision is not affected by the quality of the league, which he believes is very high, but because of his inability to speak the local language.
Mourinho explained that he, working in Germany, would mean working with a translator and he believes it would be impossible for him to work in such a fashion.
He stressed that direct communication with the players, and hands on approach to training sessions makes him what he is, which he might not be able to do at full efficiency.
Continuing on the topic, he added that not many coaches in the world would say no to the famed Bayern Munich, and it would be a hard decision for him as well.
“I cannot work in a country where I need a translator, that is impossible for me," he commented.
"Communication is key, talking to the players, setting up the training sessions and I do not speak German.”
"It would be very hard for me to coach in Germany. But I really like the Bundesliga, it is an amazing league, and not many coaches would say 'no' to Bayern."
Real Madrid have a tough week ahead of them which can make or break their season. The Capital outfit have a trip to the Camp Nou in La Liga sandwiched in between their European adventures, and need to get positive results in all fixtures to keep their silverware
