The Special One voiced his discontent at Los Blancos efforts in their 3-0 victory over Granada at the Santiago Bernabeu, claiming that there is more to come from the Spanish champions.
Despite being fresh from back to back victories against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and Granada, Jose Mourinho continues to be unimpressed with the performance of his charges.
The Portuguese coach did not like the intensity levels of his players against Granada at the Santiago Bernabeu and did not shy away from speaking his mind.
Mourinho stated that he did not like the efforts put in by Los Blancos players against La Granotes, claiming that they lacked ambition in their most recent outing. The Special One stated pointed out they lacked in pace against Granada, while they were also
short on intensity for the domestic fixture.
With the international break coming up, Mourinho added that they have time to rectify their problems to better prepare for their title defence. He stated that winning is not enough for Real Madrid as the demands of the season will catch up to them soon enough.
"I did not like the way the team was playing, we had little ambition and not very much pace or intensity. A week is a very short space of time to achieve something in if you compare it with other areas in society and we have to make good use of our time.
It is not enough to just win; we have to play better than we did."
Continuing on the topic, Mourinho stated that he wants Real Madrid to play all their matches like their Spanish Super Cup meeting with Barcelona. He explained that Los Blancos’ commitment against La Blaugrana was on a completely different level than the
one they put on display against Granada.

Comparing their performances during the 2011/12 La Liga title triumph, Mourinho stated that in the past they wanted to kill the match as soon as possible, but are failing to do so right now.
"I've seen a team that played to their limits against Barcelona from the first minute but in the league they have not done so. It is difficult to explain why.”
