  1. Finally, you put a match up on this site with a clear favorite. Duran was clearly superior in all respects.  Napoles was good, but in way over his head with Duran.  I think this one would have went similar to the Duran/Cuevas.

    Duran by KO.

  2. duran, but by decision

  3. duran

  4. toughguy do u work for yahoo?

  5. Duran easily, esp.  if he is in the shape he was against Leonard.   As unlikely as that is I still think he would have enough to beat Napoles.

Napoles was good but a bit overrate.  He was once considered great but the list of welterweight champions since his time, who could beat him, reads like a list of dead presidents.  The question should be   "what champions CANT beat Napoles".

If he trains,  Duran can do everything in the ring Napoles can do, but better.   It's just a matter of numbers, like Tyson-Spinks, only not as quick.  Vintage Duran might even hit him below the belt, not for the sake of cheating to win, but just for having the audacity to step in the ring with him.  Napoles is smart enough to survive,  not good enough to win.

    Duran by KO in 7

  6. Duran dominates this fight.  Napoles is just able to finish the fight.  Duran win by decision.

  7. Roberto Duran will win by TKO late.

  8. I'm gonna give JN some  love here. He was a worthy champion, and deserves his accolades. But against a PRIME Duran? The way Duran could bring it for 15 rounds? I don't think it would go the distance. Duran, TKO or KO,13th round
