Josh Koscheck lashes out on reporters – UFC News
While most athletes prefer keeping their cool with reporters, Josh Koscheck thinks otherwise. In his recent open workout on Wednesday, Josh Koscheck, one time welterweight champion, lashed out reporters for talking about the ‘age factor’ as a prominent driving
force. According to Josh, the whole idea of ‘youth versus age’ is ridiculous, and in for his upcoming fight against Johny Hendricks, most reporters are using it to gain attention.
Koscheck, who currently stands with 17 wins and 5 losses in MMA and 15 wins and 5 losses in UFC, is usually the cool guy but this time he lost it. He iterated, “A lot of you people write all these stories. 'Youth versus age.' Bull[expletive]. You guys are
all [expletive] retards. Retards. I laugh at you idiots. Every one of you, counting me out, I love it. counting me out. I'll be fighting for four or five more years. Every time you write a story about me, just say I'm too old. Too washed up. Too many fights.
Too many miles. I like that. I've got a lot of people to prove wrong on Saturday night, and I'm looking at every one of you. You're probably all writing that [expletive] about me.”

Josh Koscheck is currently scheduled to fight Johny Hendricks, who currently stands with 12 wins and 1 loss in MMA and 7 wins and 1 loss in UFC. Both the stars will fight for the co-main event of UFC on Fox 3. The event will take place at IZOD Center in East
Rutherford, N.J.
This is not the first time that reporters, writers and media people have used the notion of ‘youth versus age’ to promote an event. Followers of UFC would know that this storyline has always been there, but it seems like Koscheck could not take it anymore.
Koscheck’s fury came in after he read comments on Twitter regarding his fight. Not only this, the story has gained much attention after the fight was decided. Now, Koscheck wants reporters to put an end to this ‘age versus youth’ phenomenon, but it is not
that easy is it? After all, that is the way how most people see it, regardless of the fact if it is hurtful for Koscheck.
