Borussia Monchengladbach have confirmed the arrival of Joshua King on loan from Manchester United for the upcoming 2011/12 season. Club’s sporting director also revealed about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-Bradley-c25275’s permanent stay at Aston Villa. King’s move was confirmed during
the late hours of Tuesday and the player would soon be landing in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 for a year of Bundesliga experience.
Monchengladbach survived the relegation scare by a whisker at the end of 2010/11 season. The club finished 16th on the table, just two points above the relegated http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Eintracht-Frankfurt-c38994. Club manager, Lucien Favre, reckoned that there were a lot of
things that went wrong during the last season and urged his team not to repeat those mistakes in the future.
Favre stated his desire to finish the next season in the top half of the table unlike the last season where the relegation seemed certain for most part of the campaign. He was delighted with King’s inclusion in the squad for the next season and believed
that the Norwegian would prove useful for the Foals.
On the other hand, Borussia’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Max-c24993 Eberl told, "We have an agreement with Manchester United for a loan of one year. United presented very extensive contract work because they care intensely about their players and would like to stay in
constant contact with us."
King signed for Manchester United in 2009 but wasn’t able to make a single appearance before being loaned out to Preston North End the following year. There he managed seven league appearances but had no goals to his credit. The 19-year-old will now feature
in the Bundesliga from the next season, which would be an outstanding experience for the impressive teenager.
Eberl also confirmed about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-c25261 Bradley’s permanent deal at the Villa Park. The midfielder was loaned out to Aston Villa during the last season’s January transfer window but the deal between the two clubs made Bradley’s stay permanent on June 21, 2011.
The sporting director concluded by saying, "It now will be only a short while [before the deal is completed], because Aston Villa just unveiled their new coach last weekend. And he plans to speak with Michael before contracts are signed."
Bradley managed only two league appearances during his loan stay at Villa Park. He joined Monchengladbach in 2008 and managed 76 Bundesliga appearances, netting in 10 times during the process before being loaned out.
