Journey to alton towers?

hi iam going to drive to alton towers 2 week on friday, an i was just wondering how long it would take for me to get there??

i live in widnes

( for those who dont no it about 15 mins away from liverpool)

it takes me 1hr10 from salford, straight down 602 then onto m6...you'll probably be closer to m6 so should take you about an hour.
