Question:

Joy's PF6100 sewing machine rotary hook assembly...

After using the machine for a couple of hours from new, the needle suddenly broke while stiching. Now the needle bar opertes but there
is no movement in the bobbin area, as if it has been disconnected.
Any idea to what could be the fault please.
