Jr. fans: Do you like Tony Stewart?

Question

I noticed on another question people were saying that if Earnhardt Jr. retired, his fans would probably pull for Tony Stewart.

Why do you think Earnhardt Jr. fans would pull for Tony, similar attitudes? And do you like Tony?

This is also assuming that Tony goes back to Chevorlet.

I'm still somewhat of a Stewart fan, but I really don't like the way he takes stuff out on people who had nothing with whatever happened.  Also, and I'm just being honest here, I don't like it that he's great when things go well, and he's so angry when things go wrong.  I can understand that every once in a while, but he does it too much for my taste.  I guess his anger issues have gotten somewhat better, but I don't know. I just sometimes don't get the best vibes from him.

I like what Rob B said. I like both Jr and Tony!! Jr being my number one but Tony is a very close 2nd.  I like Tony's attitude and sometimes wish that Jr acted a little more like him (especially the aggressiveness) but I sometimes think Tony could take a page out of Jr's book and be a little more laid back at times (LOL) Ya know those attitudes can get ya in trouble at times LOL!!  I also like it when those two are inn a position where they can work together cause I like to see them do that!! ( to bad they aren't teammates!!)

i'm not a member of junior nation, per se, but i do like both junior and tony stewart.  not necessarily in that order, but i do like them both.

Tony's my #3 driver, behind Jr and Truex(Truex is my hometown driver), and yes I sport a 20 sticker next to my 88 sticker on my Cobalt.

I'm a fan of both, Jr first then Tony.  Also like Jimmie Johnson and  Reed Sorenson.

I like Tony's attitude. He's outspoken, but not cocky or arrogant. He gets the job done, but if he doesn't like something you'll know about it.

He has somewhat of an aggressive driving style, but he's not reckless.

Yes I like Tony. I can remember a couple of years ago at Talledga Tony was falling back. Then Jr starting falling back. You know what Jr was going back to get Tony. Jr and Tony are really good friends. They enjoy racing together and are great competitors.

Most Jr. fans like Stewart and Kahne the most. I really don't mind either of them. They're both OK. Last year, I was a fan of smoke. This year when he turned to Toyota I hated him. Now I don't mind him despite he's with Toyota. But no, I don't find anything cool about Smoke although he does have talent.

Jr. has always been my fave, but Smoke has always been my 2nd fave.  I wish Tony would go back to Chevy, though.  They have totally different attitudes/personalities, but I like the way they drive!

The reason so many jr fans like Tony is because he is so much like Sr.  I was a Sr. fan and when he died I had to find a new driver.  Jr. was out there but my kind of driver has that 'second place is the first loser' attitude.  If Jr. was like that I probably would have moved right into Jr's corner but he doesn't really fit that mold.  Although most Jr fans won't say it, I think they would rather he drive like Sr. Tony, and Kyle.
