The Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder has voiced his desire to see quality players joining the club in order to get European success next season.

1, at the AWD-Arena. A third place finish for The Foals this season would guarantee them a UEFA Champions League in the next campaign.
The attacker claimed that the Foals lack quality players in their ranks and stressed at the importance of bringing new and experienced players. He mused that Gladbach could become a potent force once there are some players in the
squad with sufficient international experience under their belt.

While talking to Yahoo sports, the 31-year-old further added:
"Are we ready for Europe? No. Monchengladbach has been without international experience for years and we need time to acclimatise. Moreover, and perhaps more importantly for the future, the squad needs to be strengthened with more
experienced and talented players.”
On the other hand, Arango expressed his desire to achieve direct qualification in the Champions League. He specified that his side’s direct competition is now with Schalke who are two points ahead of the Foals at the moment. The
Venezuelan hopes that Gladbach could achieve their aim of finishing in the top three by winning the remaining seven games in the Bundesliga.
"We want direct qualification for the Champions League and our goal is to take back third place and our enemy for the rest of the season is Schalke 04. Just as Dortmund and Bayern are battling it out for top place, so are we with
Schalke for third and hopefully we will have the upper hand," Arango concluded.
Arango has so far made 76 league appearances for Gladbach since joining them from Mallorca in 2009 and has bagged 11 goals during the process.
