Juan Mata is not thinking about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 exit – Football News
Chelsea’s midfielder and Spanish international, Juan Mata, does not seem to be sweating over his future as a Blues player, as he has gone on to focus all his attention on the ongoing confederations cup instead.
It was recently revealed that Jose Mourinho, who was recently reappointed as the Chelsea boss, felt like Mata was not ideal for his team, which led him to consider the player to be dispensable to the team.
It was believed that Mata would go on and retaliate to this desire that was shown by the manager. However, instead of doing this, Mata has gone on to focus all of his effort at talking about the confederations
cup and stated that he was just looking to play as many games as he possibly could.
"Obviously it's tough, talking about it physically, but I don't feel down, I still feel fresh and all I want is to play as many games as I can," said Mata. "I really enjoyed this season. It was a tough and long
for us, but at the end we won a trophy so it was good. I really love to play with my national team, so all I can do is train and look forward to playing, because I love to play football."
Mata went on to make the move to Chelsea all the way in 2011. He went on to make his move to the club from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863. There were a number of teams interested in the player but Chelsea were the only club willing
to pay the price that the Spanish club were demanding for the midfielder.
At the moment, the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and Real Madrid are interested in the player. Should Chelsea even hint at the player being available for sale, then a number of teams will actually go on and make significant
bids for the player.
However, right now Mata is far too busy to actually talk about his future with the club, which is why any and all potential moves away from the club will have to wait till the confederation cup comes to an end.
