it's non-sense. Juarez will be a 1000-1 underdog.

Honestly, it is pointless and it would be a major step back for Pacquiao at this stage.  The last time Rocky Juarez fought, he got torn to shreds by Juan Manuel Marquez, and Pacquiao just beat Marquez.  Prior to that Juarez lost twice to Marco Antonio Barrera, Humberto Soto, and I thought he lost his fight with Zahir Raheem, but he got the decision. Juarez seems like one of those guys who is a good fighter, but just isn't good enough to beat any of the current champions.  He is currently scheduled to fight Jorge Barrios anyway and if he loses that fight (which he most likely will), then he needs to move back down to featherweight where he belongs.  Even at featherweight, I don't see him beating any of the top guys because he is too slow and does not throw enough punches.  Pacquiao is also moving up to lightweight to most likely challenge David Diaz for his title, so that further distances the possibility of Pacquiao fighting Juarez.

That can only happen if Juarez steps up to Pacquiao's weight.

And when he does, he should prepare himself for annihilation.....and forced retirement, too.
