  1. There is no such ruling in any state. When someone signs a contract himself he has to fulfill it else pay for breaching it. I know coz i work for one of such company's.


  2. You can be forced to buy out the remainder of your contract.   Ie fulfill the terms, however they cannot add addtional penalty on.

    No you cannot cancel your contract for free, you are responsible for the term of the contract.
