You can have negative tradelines from collection agencies removed with a pay for delete or a dispute and validation.  Judgements, however, can't merely be disputed away.  That, like a bankrupcy, is a court ruling and will remain on your credit reports for 10 years.  You are required by law to pay the collector once a court judgement has been reached in the collector's favor.
