  1. if you can find a book by the Juiceman guy - they are great!

    some of the ones we do:

    Carrot and apple

    carrot, apple, celery, parsley - great after a workout!

    Carrot, apple, beet, green pepper, celery

    apple, pear, grapes



    just about any combination of fruit

    you can always add an apple to veggie juices to make them sweeter.

    orange and pineapple - keep the white part of the orange - it contains the vitamins, and also that part helps keep your capillaries strong!

    watermelon is great - it's even better if you can put in some of the white part - that is where most of the vitamins are!


  2. Here are some of my faves:

    ~ 4-5 carrots, 1 apple, 1/2" fresh ginger root

    ~1/4 of a pineapple -rind on, 1 apple, 1 cucumber

    ~1/2 of a cantaloupe - rind on, 1/2" fresh ginger root

    ~4-5 carrots, 1 apple, 1 beet root, 1-2 cloves of garlic

    ~2 cups watermelon, 1 apple, 1/2" fresh ginger root

    ~1 ruby red grapefruit - rind off, 1 apple

    ~1 handful seedless grapes, 1 handful strawberries, 1 peeled kiwi

    ~4-5 carrots, 1/4 head of cabbage, 1 apple, 2 cloves garlic

    I like my juicer a lot. It is a great way to stay healthy and get all your servings of veggies or fruit at once. I'd recommend the book "Juicing for Life" by Cherie Colbum and Maureen Keane. They have a juice for any ailment you might have. I swear by their recipes.
