will juicy juice ferment by itself after a period of time?

  1. probably, but it wouldn't be the kind of fermenation you'd want. it'd more likely make you sick because of the amount of bacteria in it.   beer companies use steril bacteria to cause fermentation.    what you have is rotten food.


  2. depends on whether you open it up and expose it to a type of yeast or not....it is pasteurized so if you don't open it, it won't ferment.

    I recently made juicy juice wine by adding wine yeast to some berry juicy juice....so I know juicy juice has the ability to ferment, it just needs some yeast to get going in it first.
