Question:

Juki DDL 8300

Ok, just unpacked my new machine and threaded it for the first time. The top stitch looks great but I turn the fabric over and it is a mess. The top thread is all bunched up in the back. Can't even see the bobbin thread. The so called Juki manual doesn't help one bit. Please advise. I think I threaded it incorrectly.
