Schalke midfielder, Julian Draxler, has admitted that it is his dream to play for the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid. The player recently signed a new deal at the club and has committed his future to the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Royal-95-c40387 Blues but has
admitted that he would love to play for either of the sides in the later stages of his career.
The German international claimed that every young player has a dream to play for clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and Manchester United. He admitted that accepting this does not necessarily mean that he will leave
this summer.
“Which boy doesn't dream about playing for Real, Barca, Chelsea or Manchester United? That's nothing to be ashamed of,” the player was quoted as saying in an interview.
Draxler’s agent, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roger-c31516 Wittmann, has claimed that the player has a €45.5 million buy-out clause and any team looking for a transfer has to meet the clause.
“The player costs 45.5 million, and he has to agree. These are the conditions of the transfer,” the agent stated.
On the other hand, Schalke sporting director Horst Heldt claimed that there has been no contact from any club for the young midfielder. If reports are to be believed, English Premier League club Chelsea has been after the German
international in this summer transfer window as manager Jose Mourinho is said to be a huge admirer of the youngster.
Heldt added that there has been no contact from Chelsea for the player and he is not aware of any interest. The chief stressed that Draxler is a world-class talent and any interest in bound to happen.
“There has been no official transfer enquiry from Chelsea and we are not in contact with them. But, it must be noted, there will always be interest in players with the qualities Julian Draxler has,” the 19-year-old concluded.
Julian Draxler had an impressive season last term as he scored 13 goals in a total of 39 appearances in all competitions. The player also has six international caps for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 to his name and the midfielder has found the net once.
