The Royal Blues’ midfielder wants to stay with the Gelsenkirchen-based outfit amidst interest from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.
Julian Draxler has revealed that a host of European clubs are interested in acquiring his services at the end of this season. Having spent almost a decade at Schalke, Draxler has been earning continuous appreciation within the
country and abroad. The player has been linked with a summer move to a host of clubs but Die Knappen have been firm over keeping their prized asset for the future.
The teenager revealed that there has been interest from Italian side, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan, and English giants, Arsenal. He added that it is an honour for him to be linked with such big name clubs, but has no plans to part ways with the
Veltins-Arena outfit.
Draxler made his Schalke debut last year after coming through the youth ranks. The attacking midfielder has so far made 17 league appearances this term, bagging a solitary goal in return. 
While talking to sports website, Bild.com, the 18-year-old insisted:
"My agent informed me that Inter have shown interest. It's a great feeling and new for me. I am tremendously honoured by such a thing. I've read that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 have interest in me. That made me very happy."
On the other hand, Draxler added that he wants to develop while playing at Schalke, and cannot even think of leaving the club before the end of his contract. He mentioned that he foresees a bright future at the club and plans to
honour his contract which runs until 2016.
"I've only been a professional for a year and would like to establish myself. My heart is here at Schalke, and I do not think for one second about a change, because I see my future at Schalke. I didn't sign until 2016 for nothing,"
Draxler concluded.
The youngster has so far made 32 league appearances for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Royal-95-c40387 Blues since making his debut last year in January. He has two league goals under his belt until now, and will next be in action against FC Koln on Saturday, January
28, at the RheinEnergieStadion.
