There is more types of bleeding besides that of blood.  For instance; emotional bleeding; when a person has gone through a tragedy in life; be it a divorce and, or loss of a loved one, alcoholic bleeding; when someone is fighting to stay and to be sober; happens most often during sobriety.  Then ther is drug bleeding consisting of a person fighting to keep off of drugs.

I've never heard that song but perhaps she was referring to emotional pain when she said 'bleed'--she thinks men do not go through the same kind of pain women do. Personally I would disagree, I think men can suffer the same amount of emotional pain women can.
