Julio Castillo: Prospect or AA Roster Filler?

I am wondering in Julio Castillo (the Peoria Chiefs pitcher who threw the ball into the crowd in that brawl with the Dayton Dragons is considered to have a future (before the incident) in baseball or is he just a roster filler at Class AA?

well he was here on a visa so the team had to have seen some type of potential in him to bring him over to this country

im not too familiar with the organization but if you bring someone over to this country they have to be part of some master plan; you can find roster fillers hanging out all over this country who will play for peanuts, so there must have been something to this guy for him to be in the cubs system

Julio had really good stuff. I was looking forward to seeing him in Cubbie Blue a couple of seasons from now.
