“It's a new situation for me. But I think that in life these things are sent to test you. There's no reason not to be positive. We have a good team, made good signings and have players with good reputations, but unfortunately we haven't managed to win games
yet. The main thing that we have to improve for now is the confidence. When we win the first game, it'll come”, Cesar was quoted as saying to the media.
The Brazilian gloves man went on to insist that his side needs to put behind their abysmal performances in the league, and look to get as many points as possible in the coming weeks.
“We need to get as many points as possible and then we can start looking at where we can finish, top five, top 10 ... top 15”, Cesar concluded.
The 33-year-old shot-stopper would be hoping that his side improves their form, and start grinding out decent results in order to climb out of the dreaded relegation zone.
QPR barely survived relegation to The Championship on the last day of the 2011/12 season, when they suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Manchester City, who went on to claim their first English Premier League title.
