    three parts of him ( two arms and one leg ) are ours all ready

    and The Manentire ( mythical beast ) upon the next encounter yields him ours . . . by biting off his other leg . Now , lend me your ears - mine were devoured by Cinnamon the spice seller .


  2. cassius is saying that brutus has been fooled by his big speeches of doing all the killing ofr the country that he is on the verge of joining them and he needs only one more encounter with him and then he will be completely under the conspiracy. This is just to show cassius' shrewdness and how you know, cunning he is.

  3. We already influence/hold power over him and when next we meet him we shall win him over/conquer him completely.

    Cassius is speaking of  Brutus who is almost talked into joining in the conspiracy to assassinate Julius Caesar.
