No, The French made airbus A830 is. It can seat up to 800 people in standard "coach" seating. I am an American, But my dad has been on the a380 in december and speaks verry highly of it as an alternitive to the Boeing 747. I will be going on the A380 this August, And i will fill you in on how it is. Dad says its very quiet.Good for me because when ever i was on a 747 (older) i dident particularly like it. But everyone is entitled to an opinion

The Airbus A380 is a double-deck, wide-body, four-engine airliner manufactured by the European corporation Airbus, an EADS subsidiary. The largest passenger airliner in the world, the A380 made its maiden flight on 27 April 2005 from Toulouse, France, and made its first commercial flight on 25 October 2007 from Singapore to Sydney with Singapore Airlines. The aircraft is unlikely to be built in sufficient numbers to turn a profit for the manufacturer for many of years if at all.  Airbus only has orders for only 160 examples.

The A380's upper deck extends along the entire length of the fuselage. This allows for a cabin with 50% more floor space than the next-largest airliner, the Boeing 747-400, and provides seating for 525 people in standard three-class configurationor up to 853 people in all economy class configuration.
