Jump Rope Before Breakfast?

I'm Thinking of jump roping on an empty stomach to burn extra fat b4 my breakfast.about 15min of non stop jump rope.

would this be a good plan??

i regularly lift weights and i run 40min bout 5x a week

  1. Well, I agree with 'Sarah C.' Before jumproping in the morning, you should eat a light meal first, rest a little, then start. I hope this helps because I've tried it!


  2. Eat a light breakfast first, a complex carb like peanut butter on toast. You will actually burn more calories doing so.
