Question:

Jump Training program?

hi.. so i play volleyball.. love volleyball! anyways, i want to know how i could get a better vertical.. i heard about "Jump Training Programs".. does anyone know of any such thing? if so, could you give me like a sample week of "Jump Training"?

  2. This is the jump program i currently doing during the off-season, I find it great. It is called Air Alert 3, and it should be really effective as long as you stay commited to it. This site gives you everything you need to know...all you have to do is print it off and you are ready to go.

    And just a quick note, make sure you stretch a lot before, during and after doing it (as suggested in the program) and that you don't do running to warm up, it kinda defeats the purpose because you want your muslces exercising "up" not "forward" :).
