ok i bought a jump rope becuz my football coach said so

so how long should i do it and i want 2 lose weight while i am at it any advice

  1. Start at 2-3 min then work up from there.

  4. You could do it for 2 minutes with about a minute break, and then work up from there, so jump for a longer period of time and have a little shorter break. Because if you continue at the same length your body gets used to it and you'll get nothing out of it.

    Jumping up and down DOES get boring. So you could do it in front of the TV or if there is to many things around or the roof is too small, go outside and put some music on for a bit of enjoyment. :)
