So i started to incoperate jump roping in my daily routine but it is harder than i thought my question if i don't coutinuosly jump for thirty min does that still count as working out i try to do three set of fifty then i just light jump rope and the other day i did 100 in one set point is i still can't jump for the full thirty i do other things jumping jakcs you know i have to keep my heart rate up right that the whole point of burning caloroes right.???? I need you input
