Jump serve with two hand toss?

I want to learn how to top spin jump serve. I think I have everything thing down, but when i look at college and professional players jump serve they toss with one hand. I've been tossing with both hands and it's worked pretty well. People have told me to only use both hands for a float jump serves. Does it really matter?

This is something that I have taken time to look at. At the professional level most men toss with one hand. However, one of the best female servers in the world does her jump serve toss with two hands.

Here is what I have learned:

The two hand toss allows you to be more accurate with your jump serve.

The two hand toss can be used as a deception. You can make it look like you are doing a jump floater, but then toss slightly higher and do a topspin hit to catch passers off guard (because they often cheat up on floats).

The one hand toss can give you extra top-spin, and can be tossed higher which allows for a bigger approach and faster serve.
