Jump start weight loss- ideas/medications/herbal supplements?

i just had my 2nd child 18 days ago. i am looking to loose a good deal of weight (i was some overweight to begin with). i had gained a lot of water weight during the pregnancy and have lost most of it (almost 35 pounds!).

i am looking to loose more weight, i was thinking about starting some type of supplement/medication to help jump start weight loss. i don't want to stay on anything long term, just use something for a month or so. i am starting back going to the gym and exercising more, but i would like to see some pretty good results short order (maybe 15 pounds or so). any ideas, that might work, or others have tried and had good results?

  3. i would recommend you didn't involve into any diet pills while youre breast-feeding..your maternal milk is full of antioxidants and hormones, and it could be harming for your child to have a diet pill on your body...when you stop breast-feeding...you could try Lida dai dai hua, they are chinese slimming pills...those are the only ones who have helped me lose some weight...ive also heard a lot about hoodia...
