If a person jumped bail on charges of verbal harrasing his own father in a family court, and fled to her/his own country before trial, would the person be arrested there or any other country by Interpol?

  1. Well. Since Interpol has no officers, isn't a law enforcement agency, and has never arrested anyone, it seems real unlikely. If you're asking if one country is going to try to get him back from another country on such a petty charge. No. Might become inconvenient, should he ever travel back to the country with the warrant.

  2. NOPE, INTERPOL ONLY GETS INVOLVED IN BIG CRIMES LIKE MURDER, AND IF YOU WERE EVEN CAUGHT IN A DIFFERENT STATE THEY WOULD NOT EXTRADITE YOU BACK THERE BECAUSE IT WOULD COST THE STATE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. THEY ONLY EXTRADITE PEOPLE FOR BIG CRIMES AND NOT SMALL ONES. THE ONLY WAY YOU WOULD GET IN TROUBLE IS BY GOING BACK TO YOUR HOME COUNTY.

  3. Charges filed sometimes  mean nothing - If  indicted and you run out of the country, such as you state, " jumping bail "  -

only if the country's court that placed your bail asks for extradition - But do not come back unless you have decided to turn yourself in and face the consequences -

  4. They won't be on the most wanted list and they won't actively look for them.  However if caught doing anything wrong in another country or even in another state in the same country then they will aresst them.

That is the person happens to be caught they won't go looking for them
