  1. Why would you do that???

  2. They would rather not bite, but I have heard reports of bites from jumping spiders of the genus Phidippus.  Like all spiders, they get much more aggressive when they are guarding an egg sack.

They reported a short sharp stinging feeling and mild swelling that was completely gone in 12 hours.

Also, there are actually atleast 3 exceptions to all spiders being venomous; the suborder of primative spiders called Mesothelae, and the two families of advanced spiders (suborder Araneomorphae) called Uloboridae and Holarchaeidae.

  3. It doesn't have a painful bite at all.

All spiders have venom (With one exception) - But some spiders do not rely on it for catching and eating prey. And jumping spiders from your garden will not likely hurt you.
