Jumping back on a backhandspring.?

Question

okay so i just asked a question about this.. but i need absolute as clear as possible directions for jumping back. i can do a fast backbend then flip over with both feet immediatly but how do i jump back. i know the basics sit in a chair, swing arms back. ya i know that but how do i do it EXACTLY.??? i need an answer as clear as possible.

Just throw yourself backwards. Seriously. Throw your arms up by your ears and throw yourself back. Arch your back, too, or you'll end up flat on your back. Be careful!
