  2. The baby is trying to get out through your foot!!!!!!!

ok, teasing.  Seriously, it may just be hormones and different pressures near the spine as your body changes.  It can send a little reaction anyplace in the body as a result.

  3. i suffered with this all through my pregnancy....I loved the whole being pregnant thing except the restless legs... they got so bad at night I would cry myself to sleep most nights.

It usually helped if I used a wheat bag (heat pack) on my legs (not so much fun in the middle of summer but it helped) or sometimes if my husband wrapped my legs up tightly in a sheet or towel or gave them a really hard massage. Apparantly taking calcium tablets helps some people as well but check this with the doc

I hope it gets better. The only real cure for me was to get that baby out!!

  4. You have Restless Leg Syndrome and it Sucks.  Your potassium could also be low, So talk to your Doctor and let them prescribe something but until then, you can try warm soaks in a bath will help to relax you or walking around will help stop the jumps for a bit, Unfortunately night time is the worst time for RLS.  You can read more about it at the link below.

Good Luck & Congratulations on Your Pregnancy.
