Fast-rising Pakistan seamer Junaid Khan has welcomed former fast bowler Wasim Akram’s decision to work alongside Pakistan pacers ahead of Champions Trophy in England in June this year.

"I have learnt a lot from Wasim in the bowling camp and I assure you everyone will see the difference when I bowl in the Champions Trophy," insisted Junaid while speaking to media reporters on Thursday.
"He has spent a lot of time with me working on making my in-swinger more productive. It was a great experience to learn from a great how much you can do with the cricket ball," added the left-arm paceman.
Akram, the King of Swing, who has been mentoring IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders, for the last three seasons, is currently in Pakistan on a two-month break. Besides mentoring the national fast bowlers, the pace-bowling legend will also search for the
fastest bowlers in the country.
The 23-year-old was also confident that a county stint with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Lancashire-c806 in 2011 would help him perform well in the limited-overs extravaganza.
"I will also try to use my previous experience of playing county cricket to good effect in the tournament. But I can promise you everyone will see a more improved and lethal Junaid now," concluded the Abbottabad seamer.
