Junction Box for multiple lines

Whomever wired my phones, back in 1970, used about 10 pair cable. They only used 1 of the 10 pair, but they made a huge loop from phone jack to phone jack 6 hops . I am finishing my basement and want to make every phone jack, a home run from the junction box, but

the existing junction box is not going to handle the 6 existing wires, or the additional 4 I will add downstairs. Is there a residential device to accommodate what I am trying to accomplish. Thank you
