Junta de andalucia?

Question

i am wondering if someone has a certificate or a diploma of studies that was legalized or notarized from the junta of Andalusia ,is it possible to get legalization from the consulate or embassy from my area about this concern . i dont know much about it but i am studying online with a business school in spain .

if u're doing an online course,there must be some kinda degree.When undertaking a course, u must fist get the proper info about it.
